I am enjoying Strick’s fitness class targeting the muscles I need to play golf. His workouts are fun and well paced, so I know I’ve worked out, but I’m not sore the next day. Strick varies the workout, so we’re always doing new exercises. We are learning how to use the weight room to full advantage. He has a great sense of humor and takes care to see everyone in class is comfortable with the level of the exercise. I recommend more members benefit from his class. I see steady improvement in my stamina on the golf course. I look forward to enjoying my golf game more this year and knocking a few strokes off my game as a result of Strick’s training. 3/21/16
