State-of-the-art Fitness Center for members with 24/7 access!
Located adjacent to the Golf Pro Shop, our Fitness Center includes a complete line of LifeFitness cardiovascular equipment featuring treadmills, elliptical and stationary bikes and a strength training room with free weights, kettlebells, dumbbells and a full line of Cybex equipment.
The Fitness Center also boasts a large group exercise room with cushioned flooring and regularly scheduled group exercise classes such as yoga, pilates, stretching, conditioning and zumba. A massage studio and therapist as well as a personal trainer are available to our members by appointment only. For those interested in working out early or late in the day, we provide a keyless 24-hour entry system with your own personal access code.
