Lunch servers receive premium pay plus tips. All Club employees have golfing privileges.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Servers average $10-$20 per hour and have access to golf.
- Focus on details to provide high quality service to members and outside guests.
- Strive for continuous improvement in knowledge, quality, consistency, service, products, work environment, and member satisfaction.
- Take F&B orders and enter orders in our point-of-sale system.
- Accurately describe menu items, specials, drinks and wines.
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment.
- Interact with co-workers in tandem, communicating clearly and precisely.
- Accommodate any special requests that the kitchen is able to deliver for the guest.
- Up-sell established menu items or specials to maximize F&B revenue.
- Serve guests in a prompt and courteous manner according to established service standards.
- Note timing of meal progression and notifies kitchen staff.
- Perform pre-and post-shift sidework; stock service station, make coffee, polish glassware etc.
- Settle member charges and guest payments.
- May assist Host/Hostess with greeting and seating of guests and filling glasses.
- Learn menu items and accompaniments, along with daily specials.
- Answer questions about food, drinks and other restaurant/club services.
- Continually monitor guest’s dining experience to ensure satisfaction.
- Respond promptly and courteously to any requests.
- Remove used tableware between courses and provides tableware for the next course.
- Assist with food delivery, especially with large parties and during peak periods.
- Maintain tidiness of table throughout meal with readiness to assist clear and reset tables.
- Complete all duties and follow closing checklists before leaving.
- Ensure club policies are followed and confidentiality is maintained for members, guests and LRCC.
