Brain Health Talk

All members are invited to an informative talk on the importance of brain health led by Dr. Henry Zaremba from Apex Brain Centers. Dr. Zaremba is speaking throughout WNC and is passionate about raising education and awareness. He is chairperson for the Asheville Breakfast Rotary Club's CART (Coins for Alzheimer's Research Trust). In lieu of payment for the event, members are able to donate to the cause if they choose. RSVP is appreciated.

Dr. Zaremba is a board certified chiropractic neurologist with over 500 hours of postdoctoral studies. Playing collegiate ice hockey for UNC Chapel Hill, his own personal experience with concussions sparked a deep interest in the brain and set him on his career path. After graduating cum laude from Palmer Chiropractic College, Florida campus, and achieving Diplomate status through the International Board of Chiropractic Neurology, he worked at an integrative brain treatment center specializing in treating brain injuries and other nervous system disorders in Denver, CO. He eventually worked his way up to become the lead clinician, directing and coordinating the efforts of the multidisciplinary team at Revive Treatment Centers; where he became well versed in immersive brain treatment and neurometabolic therapies.

He has since joined the team at APEX Brain Centers to continue his mission of providing progressive, innovative approaches to treatment for nervous system disorders including brain injury, post concussion syndrome, learning and behavioral disorders including substance abuse disorder, and neurodegenerative conditions.

When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife, daughter, and 2 dogs. He also enjoys all the hiking, skiing, and camping that western NC has to offer.
