Try Yoga for Improved Tennis & Golf
Get in shape for summer! We encourage members to take advantage of the state-of-the-art Fitness Center at Laurel Ridge with 24/7 access so their workout can easily fit into their busy lifestyles. A full cardio room, aerobics room, free weights and cybex machines are always available. Plus, we are pleased to offer outstanding fitness instruction at LRCC year-round.

New for 2019, YOGA will be offered at Laurel Ridge in the Fitness Center Aerobics Room on Tuesdays @ 4:30 pm beginning April 16th!

There are many benefits of Yoga including:

  • Focus on re-balancing the body, creating symmetry and alignment
  • A greater range of motion & increased strength
  • Reduced risk of injury for tennis players & golfers

We are very happy to have club member, Abbie Wilkins, working together with Rebecca Mashburn, to co-lead this weekly fitness class. Cost for members is $75 for a series of 6 classes or $13 per class.
