Thankful for Thanksgiving at Laurel Ridge Country Club

As millions of Americans prepared to celebrate a traditional Thanksgiving meal with family and friends, the staff at Laurel Ridge busily prepared for what would become a record-breaking Thanksgiving event at the club.  The total number of reservations exceeded 400 as our team worked diligently to create the ideal setting and tastes for those who would entrust their holiday meal to us.  From the fold of the napkin to the made-from-scratch offerings on the abundant buffet, our Chefs, along with the management, events and dining staff, had the joy of serving many Laurel Ridge members and their families, as well as guests from the local community and those visiting our beautiful mountains.

 

Now that Thanksgiving is over and the last dish has been washed, we reflect back on what makes Thanksgiving such a special day here at Laurel Ridge Country Club. It’s a time when we are able to give of our time to show club members and the local community that we are thankful for them!  We relish the moments we were able to create through our warm and welcoming environment, impeccable service, and delectable traditional flavors.  When there is great food on the table and long-time friends and family to laugh with, unforgettable memories are made!

Chef’s special menu includes carved prime rib au jus, grilled Scottish salmon with tomatoes, roasted peppers & basil, pan-seared chicken breast with spinach & boursin cream, fingerling potatoes, basmati & cous cous pilaf, steamed asparagus, vegetable casserole, omelet station, bananas foster french toast casserole & more for $27.99.  Children ages 7-12 are only $8; 6 and under are free.  Reservation times have been extended to 3:00 pm; please call early to get the time you desire!
