Mike Simonson stresses technique during this class on Tuesdays at 10 am. Mike is a personal fitness trainer and can help you improve functional mobility, maintain good posture and strengthen your core. He has had success teaching his techniques to patients with Parkinsons, fractures and those recovering from joint replacement surgery. He instructs members as he teaches his students at the Fitness Connection to use good form and body mechanics for the most benefit.
